Forêt About It
A perfect desert cocktail combining the flavours of black forest with chocolate.
Made in partnership with The Old Rectifying House.
- 50ml Piston Forêt Noire Gin
- 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
- 2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
- Dark Chocolate to Garnish
Add 50ml Piston Forêt Noire Gin into a jug or cocktail shaker
Add 10ml Sherry
Add Chocolate Bitters
Top with ice cubes and muddle with a cocktail spoon
Strain into glass
Garnish with dark chocolate (we also like to add a cherry too!)
