Parma Violet

Beautiful in colour, delicate in taste.


  • 50ml Distinguished London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Violet Liqueur
  • 1 x Egg white (Replace with Soda Water for a vegan option)
  • Thin slice of Lime to garnish
  • Edible flowers to decorate


Step 1

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

Step 2

Shake thoroughly over ice until the egg white is frothy

Step 3

Fine strain through a sieve into a glass filled with ice

Step 4

Garnish with a thin slice of lime and fresh flower petals
